With all of the fear recently regarding the pet food recall, I sought out a "natural" pet food place and was turned on to your company. I immediately placed an order when what I thought was supposed to be a trustworthy, top-of-the-line pet food was added to the list. That is what we were used to buying for our dogs. I purchased 60lbs of your food and split it between my mother and her Doberman, Madison, and myself and my guy (Madison's brother from the same mother) , Zach. We both gradually began mixing it in with their current brand, Royal Canin. What we both noticed with our dogs, my mother down in Austin, MN and the two of us here in Farmington, was they began sifting through the food to get at your crunch rather than their current food. So - not only can we both rest assured - knowing our dogs are safe, but it seems to be a taste sensation and a home run among the hounds!!!
Plus -- you deliver?! Too much!

My dog is usually a very finicky eater. Mike gave me samples of all your dog food, thinking this would be easy and she would only pick one, I was wrong! She wolfed down every one! Now I have to choose!

I received my dog food just as promised. My dogs are loving it. I couldn't believe it when I got home and there was a bag of dog food. I mixed it with my dogs' food and they adore it. I can use it as treats. Thank you so much for a great product and great service.

I have used Pet Chef Express for a year now. My dogs have allergies to meat by-products and can be severe reactions at times. I slowly weaned them onto this product and they love it. The best part about the product is the fact that it is a high quality, grade and natural. Secondly, service has been awesome. I get the product delivered directly to me at home or work. I have done my research on nearly every brand of kibble I have found...THIS IS THE ONE for my babies! The ingredients are superior, it is sooo GOOD for them, the price is fair and they LOVE it! What more could you ask!
We also have 4 cats and who are always anxiously waiting for the cat food order to appear ! They are VERY persnickety eaters ...there is nothing they really like! (with the exception of "people", tinned salmon, tuna, sardines, etc!) So, if the reaction we have received from the dog food is any example...the cat food will be a God-send! Thank-you for caring enough about our four-legged fur babies to create this WONDERFUL product!

 I found Pet Chef Express after my long quest for a healthy food for my Golden Retriever. I am happy to say that stumbling upon Pet Chef Express at the Minneapolis Pet Expo was the best thing that could have ever happened to us. My finicky eater LOVES the food and I love the fact that there are no by-products, and no suspected cancer causing agents/preservatives as there are in most of the other pet foods out there. I am happy to say that Pet Chef has gone above and beyond in service for me including coming on non scheduled days because I lived in an aparment. Now, I live in a house and the food is delivered right to my porch waiting for me when I get home from work!

Good morning,
Just wanted to let you know that I received the order yesterday. Thank you for taking care of things and also thank you for the treat samples you included with the order. I'm sure you've probably heard this before, but.......yesterday I gave my dog a mixture of his old food and the PetChef food and he loved the PetChef. He actually picked out the PetChef pieces and ate them first, leaving most of his old food in the bowl. (I had been giving him Go Natural, which is also a premium food). Thanks again for taking care of this.
